Every project begins with a discovery call — a real conversation about your vision, your audience, and what success looks like. From there, we develop a creative brief, present treatment options, and move through pre-production, production, and post through a structured process with clear touchpoints at every stage. One dedicated producer owns the relationship from kickoff to final delivery. You always know who to call.

It depends on what your project demands — and that's intentional. Scope, crew size, shoot days, locations, post complexity — these variables shape the investment. We build to what the work actually requires, not a one-size package. The best starting point is a discovery call where we can size things accurately together.

Timeline is driven by complexity, not a calendar template. Most projects require a minimum of four weeks from kickoff to delivery — and many run longer depending on the scope of production, number of shoot days, and depth of post. We'll give you an honest timeline during discovery, not an optimistic one.

We follow a five-stage process: Discovery → Pre-Production → Production → Post-Production → Delivery. Each stage has clear deliverables and review points. You'll see treatments before the shoot, dailies during the shoot, and rough cuts, picture lock, and finishing in post — with revision rounds built in.

We've produced work for technology, media, entertainment, sports, higher education, fashion, political and civic organizations, and Fortune 500 brands. Past partners include Disney+, Microsoft, Nike, Roc Nation, Ray-Ban, Harvard, WGU, the Obama, Biden, and Harris campaigns, and many more.

We own our RED and Sony cinema packages, paired with Zeiss and Sigma glass. Beyond that, we bring whatever the project calls for — full lighting and grip, professional audio, drones, gimbals, multi-cam configurations. Our core team is based in Philadelphia, with a vetted national network we activate for larger productions. The kit fits the job.

Each project includes three rounds of revisions through post-production: a rough cut review, a fine cut review, and a final pass before color and sound finishing. Additional revision rounds can be added as needed and are scoped transparently.

We deliver master files and a full set of platform-specific exports (broadcast, web, social, vertical). Files are shared securely via Frame.io or your preferred platform. We also retain raw footage and project files for at least 12 months in case you need re-edits down the line.

Yes — we're headquartered in Philadelphia but have produced work across the U.S. and internationally. Travel costs are scoped transparently in your project budget.

Absolutely. We regularly partner with agencies, production companies, and in-house creative teams as the production arm or specific department on a job. Reach out and let us know what you need.
